Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026 in Morocco (Fully Funded)

Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026 is a fully funded leadership program in Rabat, Morocco, organized by the Policy Center for the New South. The ADEL 2026 is also a chance to learn from the influential ideas of others and to collaborate in achieving them. The motto of this emerging leaders program is to inspire, connect, and empower young leaders so that they can bring significant changes in their communities specifically and in the international community as a whole.

The ADEL program by the Policy Center for the New South brings together young leaders for a fully funded week of leadership development and peer engagement. It gathers innovative minds to shape better policies and contribute to global discussions. Since its start, the program has built a global network of emerging leaders and professionals. Participants first attend the ADEL program in Rabat and then join the Atlantic Dialogues conference to meet global leaders and discuss cross-regional issues.

The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is a Moroccan think tank that aims to contribute to improving the social and economic conditions that are major challenges to the development of communities, especially in Morocco and the rest of Africa. PCNS has organized the Atlantic Dialogues conference annually since 2012. Over the years, it has brought together influential public and private sector leaders through informal discussions on regional and cross-regional issues. It has promoted dialogue-based and peaceful solutions to global challenges.

This yearly international leadership program consists of organized group discussions with decision-makers, business leaders, experts, and opinion-makers on key Atlantic development and cooperation issues. Participants also take part in interactive workshops, peer engagement sessions, and networking opportunities. Through this program and conference, it is hoped that collective wisdom and innovation can help communities thrive in today’s complex policy and business environment.

• Candidates have to create a one-minute private YouTube video and provide the link in the application.
• The YouTube video must answer the following questions:
  • Who are you and what is your field of work?
  • What drives your work and its impact?
  • Why are you applying to ADEL?
  • How will you contribute to and benefit from the program?
• The YouTube video must be private/unlisted and accessible only to those with the link.
• All application documents and the video must be submitted in English.
• Resume/CV must not exceed 2 pages and must be submitted in PDF format.
