Eligibility Criteria for University of Helsinki Scholarship 2025 in Finland:
- Candidates who have a permanent residence card in Finland, a long-term resident’s EU residence permit for third-country citizens in Finland, a residence permit based on temporary protection, an EU blue card in Finland, a residence card for a family member of an EU citizen in Finland, are students studying under the Erasmus Mundus scholarship program funded by the European Union are exempted from tuition fees.
- Candidates should be eligible for the Master’s program at University of Helsinki.
- Students should have excellent grades in previous studies.
- Scholarship programs will only be awarded to students from outside the EU/EEA who are liable to pay tuition fees.
- Applicants must have completed a first or second cycle of Bachelor’s or Master’s from a Finnish university or abroad that grants eligibility to apply to master’s level programs in Finland.
