Applications have officially opened for the Moroccan Scholarship Program for International Students. The scholarship is offered by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI). It is great opportunity for talent international students to study at Moroccan Higher Institutions and Vocational Training Centers. For the academic year 2026-2027, 20 full scholarships are available for Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs.

The scholarship covers a monthly stipend, air tickets for 1 round trip, and insurance. For scholarships in Morocco, the study areas include Medicine, Paramedical Sciences, Business and Management, Engineering and Technology, Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, and Architecture. While applying for Master’s and PhD scholarship, students must mention their study program and institution choice.

Applicants are expected to have some level of mastery in French this is the language of instruction in most training institutions in Morocco. Selected candidates will then take French language courses at the International Language Centre in Rabat. After completing the course, students will have a language exam. Eligibility Criteria for Moroccan Scholarship for International Students:

  • Applicants should have some level of mastery in French language.
  • For Undergraduate studies, students should be between 19 and 23 years old.
  • They should hold a CAPE/Associate degree from 2025 or 2026 with a good academic record during the last two semesters of their studies.
  • For Master’s studies, students must have a bachelor’s degree in the requested program of study with “1st class” or “2nd class”. They should have a good academic record.
  • For PhD programs, students must have a graduate degree in the requested program of study.
  • Candidates applying for Master’s or PhD must mention the program and university of their choice from the list available at: enssup.gov.ma.

How to apply for Moroccan Scholarship in 2026-2027

  • Download and fill out the application form.
  • Provide all the required information.
  • Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Attach the required documents mentioned.
  • Submit the completed application file (form and documents) at the Human Resource Development Unit of the Department of Education and Digital Transformation, 4th Floor, Francis Compton Building, The Waterfront, Castries.

  • 1 authenticated photocopy of the High School diploma or certificate.
  • 2 authenticated photocopies of transcript of High School Diploma.
  • 1 copy of birth certificate.
  • 1 photocopy of passport bio-data page.
  • A recent criminal record document.
  • A medical fitness certificate.
  • 1 copy of national identification card (back and front).
  • Certified copies of higher education diplomas, marks transcripts, thesis copy, and thesis project (for Master’s and Doctorate degrees).
