Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship for Malaysian Students 2021 announced by the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia. Now nationals of Malaysia can pursue their studies in Japan on a fully-funded Scholarship.
MEXT Scholarships for Malaysian students 2021 is a fully-funded international scholarship program and welcomes students for both undergraduate, Masters, and PhD Programs. The tenure of the undergraduate program is 5 years and after graduation, if the grantee would be able to admission for a Master’s, his/her scholarship would be extended for 2 years. The duration of MEXT Scholarships for Master’s students is 2-3 years.
MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship – Embassy Recommendation is available in almost any academic field. The MEXT scholarship recipients will be studying in top universities in Japan.
Students must apply through the Japan Embassy in Malaysia. There is no application fee. IELTS/TOEFL is not required for this scholarship program. You also don’t need prior knowledge of the Japanese language.
