- For residents of Namibia, the Sean Mac Bride Fellowship is offered, and the eligible course of study is “ Masters in Law and Human Rights.”

- For residents of Zambia, Frank Ferguson Fellowship is offered, and the eligible courses include the following:

- MSc in Marine and Freshwater Resources Management.
- For residents of African SIDs (Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritius, Seychelles, Cabo Verde, Sao Tome, Principe), Ireland SIDs Fellowship is offered, and the eligible courses of study are human rights, education, health, agriculture, computer science, engineering, business, and others.
- You must have at least two or three years of experience in a relevant field.
- You must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0/4.00 grade point average.
- You must not hold the Master’s degree before.
- Candidates from Senegal should have Senegalese Masters 2 with two to three years of work experience or Senegalese Masters 1 with significant related work experience.
- You must be available to start the program in August 2025.
- You must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities, committed to achieving SDGs goals, and able to contribute to building positive relationships with Ireland.
- You must have a clear understanding of academic and English language proficiencies.
- You must have not applied for the same fellowship, for more than one time.

How to Apply for the Ireland Fellows Program:
- You have to apply through the official website of Irish Aid.
- You need to fill up the personal information, educational details, English language proficiency proof, work experience, and others.
- You must have identified and selected three programs relevant to your academic and professional background from the Directory of Eligible Countries (if applicable under your fellowship).
- You must ensure to fill up the necessary details, that are asked in the application form.
