Call for applications for the One Young World Ilia Calderón Scholarship 2026. The young leaders selected for this scholarship will attend a fully funded summit in South Africa. The program is designed for individuals who are leading innovative and impactful projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through this international summit, young leaders will get acknowledgment for their contribution in the communities.

Offered by One Young World in partnership with the Jang Calderón Family Foundation, this summit will take place in November 2026, in Cape Town, South Africa. With no application fees, winners will have free access to the Summit 2026. Cost of travelling and accommodation will be covered by the host organisations. Moreover participants will have local transport and catering facilities as well.

For this OYW scholarship program 2026, candidates will be evaluated based on their initiative’s impact and the leadership skills they have.   • Applicants must be working on an innovative initiative in their respective communities.
