Harpswell Leadership Summit 2026 in Cambodia is offering an exclusive chance to young women leaders to join hands with other women in the ASEAN countries to address problems of their region. For the first time, the Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit will be organised in a hybrid form including both virtual and in-person sessions. This new approach will make the program more effective. The summit will result in developing professional relationships and leadership growth among participants.
The online leadership program will begin in July 2026 with virtual sessions during which participants will get to know the Harpswell team as well as introduce their professional work. From July to October 2026, the program will organise virtual learning sessions twice every month where a team of experts will discuss the situation of the ASEAN region. Participants will make small groups and have online meetings to work on resolving mutual regional challenges.
One week in-person fully funded leadership program in Phnom Penh, Cambodia will be held from October 30 to November 8, 2026 so leaders can explore and collaborate with fellow participants. The Harpswell Summit is designed as a combination of site tours, workshops, lectures, seminars and group activities. The program trainers will include renowned professionals from education, business, and community development in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Eligibility Criteria for Harpswell Leadership Summit 2026 in Malaysia:

- The program will select women from the countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Nepal, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea.
