Global Management Program 2026 in Tokyo, Japan is a 6-day intensive business learning experience that provides students with a unique opportunity to connect with global business leaders and mentors. During UNIQLO GMP 2026, selected students will enhance their understanding of the global retail sector while improving teamwork and leadership skills in multicultural environments. They will work on business case studies and present their proposals to board-level management. Participants will also engage in discussions with professionals and executives in the apparel industry. In addition, outstanding participants may be considered for future recruitment opportunities at Fast Retailing.
Throughout this short-term program in Japan, students will attend business sessions with global leaders, visit UNIQLO stores, and explore Tokyo as part of the learning journey. They will be guided on product planning, brand development, and business strategy. At the end of the program, each group will present its final case study to senior management. This is an excellent platform for students interested in global business, entrepreneurship, and international leadership development.
