ASEF LinkUp Program 2026 in Slovenia is calling mid-career individuals from arts and cultural sector. The fully funded program will bring together cultural practitioners, arts managers, academics, curators, researchers and representatives from arts organisations, museums and cultural networks. During the program, participants will share and learn from each other. ASEF LinkUp is designed to promote joint efforts towards long-term cultural exchanges and dialogue.
The Asia-Europe Cultural Diplomacy Lab 2026 aims to strengthen cultural relations across Asia and Europe. ASEF LinkUp is scheduled to take place from October 2026 – February 2027 in 3 phases. The first phase includes 5 online pre-sessions in October – November 2026. In the second phase, participants will attend in-person program for 5 days in Ljubljana, Slovenia. They will have site visits, attend workshops and have interactive sessions and group discussions.
The third phase will include up to 3 online sessions between December 2026 –February 2027. For this cultural exchange program ASEF and the co-organisers will cover air tickets, accommodation, and per diem. Moreover the visa fees will be covered and refreshments will be provided during the in-person program. There is no registration or application fee, making the participation in ASEF lab 2026 free of cost. Eligibility Criteria for ASEF LinkUp Program in Slovenia:

- Individuals should be willing to share and learn about international cultural relations beyond their discipline and region.

- Applicants must be at least 21 years old. There is no upper age limit.
