These UNESCO fellowships 2025-26 are being offered to developing Member States by the Polish National Commission for UNESCO and the UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology, and Engineering at the AGH University of Krakow (Poland) to support human resource capacity in developing countries and promote international understanding and friendship among nations. Participants of the UNESCO/Poland Co-Sponsored Fellowships in Engineering 2025 edition will work on an independent research project in science, technology, or engineering for six months, from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

Benefits of the UNESCO Poland Fellowship Program 2025-26:

How to apply for a UNESCO Fellowship in Poland:
- The National Commission of invited member states should endorse the candidates.
- The National Commission for UNESCO of the applicant’s country should send the letter of endorsement and copies of all the required documents by email to poland@unesco.org and mention unesco24@agh.edu.pl and j.markiewicz@unesco.pl in carbon copy.
- After getting a receipt from the National Commission, apply online on the link given below.
- Fill in the online application form pages consisting of 4 pages.
- Fill out the form in the English language.
- Use only capital letters to fill in the information.
- Selected candidates will be informed through the National Commission for UNESCO.
Documents Required for the 2025 UN Fellowship:
- Valid Passport.
- Copy of applicant’s photograph.
- Official copy of degree transcript (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD).
- English Language proficiency certificate if mother tongue is not English.
- 2 letters of recommendation from someone well aware of the applicant’s work and educational qualifications.
