- Applicants should have a PhD in Sociology, Geography, Migration Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, or any related social science discipline with focus on migration and labour market integration.
- Candidates must have good qualitative research skills, academic writing, publication skills and experience in focus groups and conducting interviews.

- Candidates should be able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
