NVIDIA invites international students with outstanding academic achievements for an interesting NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program. To apply for this fellowship program 2025-26, students have to submit their research projects before the deadline. The Graduate Fellowship Award will be used by fellows to further their research. NVIDIA fellowship program for PhD students will provide funding of up to $60,000 award per student to the selected candidates. The award amount includes stipend, tuition and mandatory fees.
NVIDIA research fellowship encourages applications from students whose research areas will contribute to innovation and advancement in computing and its applications. The submissions in artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and related fields will be considered particularly. Students are required to complete an in-person summer internship for 3-4 months before starting NVIDIA internship at 1 of NVIDIA’s research offices in the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, and Taiwan.
In addition to research funding, students will also get a chance to conduct innovative research using NVIDIA products and technologies. NVIDIA is working to bring change in diverse fields like medicine, space exploration, automotive design and film production, and is looking for creative doctoral students who can help in tackling complex challenges. Eligibility Criteria for NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2025-26:
- While applying, students should have already completed their first year of PhD studies.
- Applicants should have majors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related area.
- Applicants should be engaged in active research.
- Applicants should be enrolled as full time active PhD students during the academic year 2026-2027 academic year.
- Students should be available to complete an in-person summer internship before the start of their Fellowship year at 1 of NVIDIA’s research offices in the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, and Taiwan.
- The award will be presented through the student’s university.
- Full-time NVIDIA employees cannot apply.
- Immediate family members of NVIDIA employees are not eligible for this award.
