The international fellowship program aims to facilitate leaders to acquire advanced skills for managing public health programs. The program offers full access to both virtual and in-person learning resources. It will cover the travel and insurance expenses also. Moreover, fellows will receive daily allowance during residential placements.
During the fellowship program in Africa, fellows will contribute in the application of the Africa’s Health Security and Sovereignty Agenda. Through this global fellowship program, the organisation intends to shape the next generation of potential leaders. Named after a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Kofi Atta Annan, the global health fellowship promotes leaders to contribute to the Agenda 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Eligibility Criteria for Kofi Annan Fellowship in Global Health Leadership:
- Applicants should have a postgraduate degree in a public-health-related field like One Health, human medicine, health economics, finance, health policy, animal health, sexual and reproductive health, or environmental health etc.
- Applicants should be citizens of an African Union Member State.
- Candidates must have minimum 10 years of professional experience after postgraduate degree.
- Applicants must be employed full-time in public health within a public or private institution in Africa.
- Applicants must have track record for public health leadership.
