The AYF Fellowship 2024 is a fellowship for international students. It will be held on Awaji Island, Japan, specifically at Manabi no Sato, the home of the Awaji Youth Federation. During the fellowship, selected participants will reside and work on the island, providing them with a chance to push their boundaries and enhance their skills in a diverse environment that meets the requirements of Japanese workplaces. The program strongly emphasizes hands-on learning, allowing fellows to actively engage and experience the excitement of practical application. The fellowship is part of the Pasona Group, and its main goal is to find solutions for society’s problems in a sustainable way.

This Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship 2024 provides fellows a chance to showcase their skills and contribute to the development of Awaji Island in line with the Pasona Group’s vision and may have the chance to continue working on exciting new projects even after the fellowship ends. Participants of the AYF Fellowship will enjoy attractive monetary benefits, including a monthly salary of JPY 197,000. This comprehensive package covers both the base salary and overtime, ensuring financial stability throughout the program. Moreover, the AYF Fellowship offers regular career counseling sessions, empowering fellows to define their goals and take proactive steps toward achieving them.

Each fellow is assigned a dedicated mentor from the AYF Secretariat staff, comprised of experienced AYF alumni, who provide guidance and support throughout the year. In cases where new initiatives gain momentum, an experienced mentor from Pasona is also assigned to provide assistance and foster the initiatives’ development.
