UPG Sustainability Leadership Program 2026 is a fully funded opportunity for young leaders who want to create positive change in their communities. The program is also a golden chance for organizations to participate in bringing change to the communities. The UPG Leadership Program is one of the world’s largest training programs for young adults. The program motivates individuals and organizations to work on at least one project of their own choice to bring positive change in this world.

UPG Sustainability Program focuses on projects that fulfill the United Nations’ agenda regarding sustainability. The program is basically a movement, and the UPG movement promotes “Green” or “Environmental Sustainability” as well as “Social Stability.” The young leaders’ movement inspires youth to take action with whatever they have and whatever they love, without waiting for others to take action for positive change.

The youth leadership program is a flagship activity that is known worldwide as the #UPGSustainability Leadership Training Program. The program was launched in 2019 and since then it has trained 586 leaders, and 160 of them received the opportunity to travel to the United States for free. The international leadership program is a capacity-building program and trains communities to move from “Ideas AND Goals” to “Positive Actions.”

The United People Global Leadership movement provides opportunities to work together to build a better world. The movement is a success because of its influential partners, collaborations, and support. Moreover, UPG’s young leaders become part of the “Community of Champions” and have the chance to demonstrate their projects in this community and to share their ideas with other talented and knowledgeable minds.

• One week of fully-funded leadership experience in the USA Hurricane Island Center of Science and Leadership.
• The program covers:
  • Training materials provided

  • Round-trip international flights (from participant’s hometown to the U.S.)
• 60 Participants from among 500 participants will be selected for this fully-funded program in the USA.
• The participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.

• The candidate must be between 18-35 years of age.

• The candidates must be willing to make a positive sustainable change.
• Candidates should be self-driven, resilient in facing challenges, and able to think creatively.
