Are you interested in shaping the future of global internet? If yes, the NextGen ICANN88 Program 2027 in Portugal is a unique opportunity for you. The fully funded program is designed to provide students guidance for engaging into the ICANN ecosystem. Three experienced Mentors will be selected who will provide coaching to the participants throughout the program.
As part of the NextGen@ICANN youth program participants will be delivering a 10-minute presentation on ICANN-related topics of their interest. Through NextGen@ICANNyouth program, ICANN aims to increase awareness and encourage participation of young people. All costs related to travel and accommodation will be covered. Participants will also receive stipend for covering their daily expenses.
All eligible applications will be reviewed and given scores by The Selection Committee according to the selection criteria. For this edition, 12 candidates will be selected to participate in NextGen@ICANN. Participants are required to attend courses and presentations six weeks before the ICANN Public Meeting. Benefits of NextGen ICANN88 Program 2027 in Portugal:

Eligibility Criteria for NextGen ICANN88 Program 2027 in Portugal:
- Applicants must be enrolled as undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students.
- They should be between the ages of 18 and 30 at the time of the ICANN meeting.
- Applicants must be currently living and studying in the region of their respective ICANN meeting.
- Applicants must be interested in Internet Governance, the future of the Internet, and other topics covered at ICANN meetings.
- Participants must be able to attend the ICANN meeting and required events.
