Eligibility Criteria for Khalifa University PhD Scholarship 2026 in UAE:
For applicants with MSc degree:
- They must have Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
- Applicants must have Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.25/4.0 or equivalent.
For applicants without MSc degree (Direct PhD):
- They must have Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent.
- A minimum score of 150 in GRE test is required.
- Applicants must have English language proficiency with TOEFL score of 91, IELTS score of 6.5, or 1550 EmSAT English score.
