Eligibility Criteria for IUPALS Scholarships for Palestinain Students 2025-26:
- Applicants should have Palestinian nationality and should be living in the Palestinian Territories.
- Applicants should have a qualified degree for admission in the second-cycle (Master’s program).
- Applicants should have English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Applicants should not have already been enrolled at University of Parma.
- One student can submit only one application.
- This scholarship cannot be combined with other funding awards/sponsorships.
- It is mandatory for students to enroll in 5-month Italian language and culture course.

- Apply through online application form.
- Express your interest and motivation for the IUPALS scholarship.
- Enter your personal and contact information.
- Select the degree program of your interest.
- Mention your English language competence.
- Answer other questions in the form.
- Register in the Parma University system (ESSE3).
- Submit all the required documents for pre-evaluation through the links provided.
- Enroll in a master’s degree program through Pre-admission portal.
- Register for the Italian language course till 23rd May.
