Applications are now open for the the Future Diplomats Forum 2027. The event will be held in Geneva, Switzerland. The duration of the FDF 2027 is 4 days and it will take place from February 10-13, 2027. The International conference will be held in Geneva, a hub for diplomacy and international cooperation, bringing together young people. HISA, the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance will host the forum’s second edition.

FDF 2027 is for students, graduates, young professionals, aspiring diplomats, policy advocates and youth leaders from around the world. Applicants of all nationalities are eligible. Also you don’t need IELTS or TOEFL to apply. The program will include workshops, panels, diplomatic simulations, networking and engagement with international organizations based in Geneva.

The Future Diplomats Forum 2027 has 250 seats available for scholarships and forum access. These include 50 fully funded seats, 100 partially funded seats and 100 Forum Access seats. Fully funded participants will be supported with return airfare, accommodation, visa costs, meals and full forum access. The program allows youth to learn more about diplomacy, international affairs and international cooperation while building connections with participants from other countries.

  • 100 Partially Funded Seats – Application Fee: $16.50
    • 4-star shared accommodation, visa support, meals and daily breakfast, airport transfers, inter-city transport, full forum access, certification, merchandise, and speaking opportunities. Airfare is not listed as covered.
  • 100 Forum Access Seats – Application Fee: $16.50
    • Visa support, summit meals, full forum access, certification, merchandise, and speaking opportunities. Accommodation and airfare are not included.

Eligiblity Criteria of the Future Diplomats Forum 2027 in Switzerland:

  • Open to applicants of any nationality.
  • Must be 18-45 years of age.
  • Applications are encouraged from students, recent graduates, and young professionals
  • Any academic or professional background is welcome to apply.
  • Interest in diplomacy, international relations, public policy, law, economics, trade or human rights is an asset but not required.
  • You should know English.
  • There is no requirement of English language certificate like IELTS, TOEFL or others.
  • You must be able to attend the full forum in Geneva, 10–13 February 2027.
