The Erasmus Mundus ILSPSD Scholarship 2027 is a full-time 24-months Master’s program. This scholarship will provide full tuition fees and will also cover travel, visa, installation and subsistence costs. Students from any region of the world can apply. The Erasmus Mundus scholarship will combine expertise of six European degree awarding partner institutions to train the next generation of international lawyers and policy-makers. The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in International Law of Security, Peace and Sustainable Development aims to address threats, conflicts, and challenges of today’s world.
The master’s program includes summer schools, legal clinics, guest lectures, direct interaction with practitioners, and other activities. Through this fully funded scholarship, graduates get practical experience and will develop an international network. They will gain skills that will open career opportunities in international courts and organisations, the EU, ministries and other governmental agencies, NGOs, think tanks, and beyond. The two-year scholarship is a unique opportunity that offers mobility experience to the students.
Students will get a chance to study in three or more countries, starting at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, continuing at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, and later specializing in one of four offered tracks at University of Glasgow, Université libre de Bruxelles, Universidade NOVA de, or University of Tartu. In the last semester, students will conduct a research dissertation and there will be an optional work placement. Eligibility Criteria for Erasmus Mundus ILSPSD Scholarship 2027:
- Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree that grants access to master’s level studies.
- Applicants must fulfill the entry requirements for the specific university in all semesters.
- Applicants whose first language is not English must have minimum English language proficiency level of CEFR: C1 for admission. The proficiency level language tests scores should be: IELTS Academic: 7.0, TOEFL iBT: 5, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) (C1), Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) (C2).
- Applicants must fulfill deviating language requirements for study tracks in Glasgow and Brussels.
