The Audi Environmental Foundation is collaborating with One Young World to provide a fully funded scholarship to 10 passionate young leaders to participate in the OYW Summit in Cape Town, South Africa. The Audi Environmental Foundation Scholarship 2026 is meant for young leaders who are bringing about change and addressing climate problems through the development of new and creative technologies, the improvement of climate education, and the protection of ecosystems through the termination or reversal of land degradation. The Summit will offer a great opportunity to network with other young leaders worldwide, exchange knowledge, and be inspired by each other.
In this fully funded conference, participants will take part in four days of networking, workshops, and discussions that will impact their lives. Prominent figures from the corporate, governmental, and humanitarian sectors will provide advice to delegates throughout the Summit. Research into innovative technology and scientific approaches for a sustainable future is actively supported by the Audi Environmental Foundation. The declared objectives of this foundation are to develop and expand sustainable behavior patterns as well as to aid in environmental protection.
Upon completion of the One Young World Summit, the delegates become One Young World Ambassadors and return to their communities and places of employment with the tools and zeal to effect change. The lives of nearly 41.56 million people have been influenced by One Young World Ambassador projects since 2010. Cape Town is a vibrant and diverse city renowned for its natural beauty, rich history, and culture. Cape Town is the ideal location for the One Young World Summit 2026 because it provides a dynamic and engaging setting for young leaders to interact, exchange ideas, and work together.
The participants will be welcomed by the opening ceremony at the Summit venue. During the Opening Ceremony, delegates from different countries and regions will proudly represent themselves through a show that includes live music, entertainment, speeches, and a flag ceremony. After the Summit, delegates will have lifetime access to a community of more than 17,000 people from across the globe.
