Applicant’s:
- Should intend to study abroad in Japan.
- Should be national of a country who is MEXT designated.

- Be born on or after 2 April 1992.
- Should have at least 2.30/3.00 GPA in their last degree.
- Should not be actively serving in any military duty.
- Have to come to Japan during the specified time by APU.
- Meet the admission requirements for a graduate program at APU.
- Apply to APU and be selected by the university for recommendation to MEXT.

- Submit your complete application by 5 November 2026 for September 2027 enrollment.
