Applications are now open for the Young Public Diplomacy Summit (YPDS) 2026 in Indonesia. The youth summit will take place in Jakarta. The duration of the even is 4 days and it will run from 13 to 16 August 2026. The summit is open to young leaders, students, and professionals from different parts of the world. There is no need of IELTS or anyother language test for the applcation.
This year. the program focuses on diplomacy, leadership, peacebuilding, strategic communication, and international cooperation. It is organzied by the the Center for Strategy & Cultural Diplomacy (CSCD). Over the years, the summit has been held in different countries, including Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The event inlcudes keynote sessions, workshops, policy discussions, networking events, and leadership activities.

Scholarship Category: Includes travel support (Up to USD 1,000 Based on Country of Residence and Travel Costs), accommodation, meals, workshops, mentorship, field visits, certificate, and viriual course qualificaiton.
- Travel Support Policy: Airfare support is awarded based on the participant’s country of residence and actual travel costs. The support amount may range up to USD 1,000
- Partially Funded Category: Includes CSCD Invitation Letter, Meals During the Forum, Accommodation (3 Nights), Access to All Workshops, Field Visits and Mentorship, Certificate of Participation, Virtual Course Qualification. (Participants are required to contribute USD 300, while airfare is not included.)
- Self-Finance Category: Includes CSCD Invitation Letter, Meals During the Forum, Accommodation (3 Nights), Access to All Workshops, Field Visits and Mentorship, Certificate of Participation, Virtual Course Qualification.
- Summit Pass Category: Includes forum access, meals, workshops, mentorship, field visits, Virtual Course Qualification, and certificate
Eligibility Criteria of Young Public Diplomacy Summit in Indonesia:
- Applicants must be between 16 and 40 years old.
- Students, young professionals, researchers, and youth leaders can apply.
- Applicants should have an interest in diplomacy, leadership, public policy, international relations, or cultural exchange.
- Participants from Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions are encouraged to apply.
- No prior diplomatic experience is required.
