The Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP) is fully funded training program for young profesionals. It is a great chance for young leaders to make difference in their communities. Eligibility Criteria of the Swedish Institute SAYP Leadership Program in Sweden 2025:

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be aged between 25 and 40 (born 1985–2000)
  • Be a citizen or resident of Armenia, Azerbaijan*, Belarus*, Georgia*, Moldova, or Ukraine
  • Have at least three years of higher education
  • Speak and write English well (no test required)
  • Be currently employed in:
    • Government or politics (policymaker, civil servant, political party staff)
    • Civil society/NGO sector
    • Private sector leadership roles
  • Be committed to making a positive change in your community or workplace

How to Apply to the Swedish Institute SAYP Leadership Program:

  • Choose one or two SAYP modules based on your interest.
  • Visit the website of the host university offering the module.
  • Fill out the application form and write a strong motivation letter.
  • Submit a separate application for each module you apply to.
  • Clearly rank your choices in your letter (you can only be accepted into one)
