- Airfare Support: Fellows will be reimbursed for one economy-class round-trip ticket to Taiwan based on the most direct route.
- Airfare Subsidy Limits:

Eligibility Criteria of the National Taiwan Library Fellowship 2025:
- Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Be a professor, associate professor, assistant professor, senior lecturer, lecturer, or postdoctoral researcher in a related department at a foreign university.
- Hold a doctoral degree, or be a current Ph.D. student or doctoral candidate.
- Work as library staff or researchers of similar rank at academic institutions.
- Individuals not in the above categories can also apply if they are recommended by an institution that has a signed MOU with the National Taiwan Library and their research aligns with approved subject areas.
- Applicants who are currently conducting research, teaching, or studying in Taiwan cannot apply.
- Eligible research must be in the humanities or social sciences, focusing specifically on Taiwan Studies or Southeast Asian Studies.
