International Leadership Workshop 2025 in Germany

International Leadership Workshop 2025 in Germany is organised by Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). The theme of this year’s international seminar is “Sharing Skills – Shaping Change”. This leadership program invites leaders and multipliers from all over the world who are passionate about youth activities and vocational training in rural communities. The main objective is to practically fulfill the human right to food. For this purpose m, BMEL has global collaboration with partners from governments, scientific communities, civil societies and various organisations.

This youth leadership workshop will also facilitate in acquiring new skills and become part of an international network to maximize resource utilization in your home country. During the international leadership program, participants will exchange ideas related to rural youth work and other critical international issues like promoting women and young people in rural communities, eliminating hunger and poverty, participating in climate actions, and using new strategies in their individual tasks.

The international conference in Europe will provide you a platform to improve your personal skills and learn how to use them efficiently. BMEL leadership seminar is designed in a workshop setting where participants have to give pro-active input. Through this international leadership seminar, candidates will learn new skills and the application of strategies along with creating their own unique action plan.

Eligibility Criteria for International Leadership Workshop 2025 in Germany:

Applicants must be proficient in one of the three conference languages which are German, English and French.
Applicants can participate in the International Leadership Workshop for Rural Youth only once.
The seminar is open for participants for individuals from all over the world.
Applicants must be working in youth rural work and in one of the four subjects areas of the seminar.
