The fully funded program will take place in Helsinki, Finland, from 19-21 September, 2025. HSF 2025 is organised by the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA). The Youth Delegates for Helsinki Security Forum 2025 invites submissions from individuals of all nationalities.
