If visiting Germany has been on your bucket list, the Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship could be an amazing opportunity for you. This fully funded scholarship program is offered to young leaders worldwide to attend the OYW Summit 2025 in Germany. The purpose of the Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship is to support young individuals working to address critical challenges faced by women and girls. After attending the youth summit, participants will receive a lifetime membership in the One Young World Ambassador Community. If you are not eligible for this scholarship, you can also apply for the Leading Scholarship for other amazing opportunities.

During One Young World summit 2025, leaders will attend mentoring sessions where experts will guide them about turning their inspirations into practical solutions. Hauwa Ojeifo scholars can also apply for grant funding which will facilitate them in their initiatives. OYW scholarship in Europe will provide an international platform to emerging change makers. They will be equipped with necessary skills and knowledge required to bring transformation. The Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship in Germany will facilitate young people who are solving issues like gender based inequality, disability rights, reproductive health, child marriage, and mental health.

The One Young World scholarship in Gemrmany will promote visionary leaders who are putting in effort for a more fair, and inclusive world for everyone. Global Impact Fund for Women & Girls is led by an incredible women Hauwa Ojeifo. She is an Ambassador of One Young World and a staunch advocate of mental health. By 2030, the Global Impact Fund aims to improve healthcare and wellbeing systems for 100 million women and girls.

Eligibility Criteria for Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship to attend OYW Summit in Germany:

Applicants should be 18-30 years old.
Applicants must have a leadership position in a project/organisation which has created an impact in issues which include Mental Health (neurodivergence and developmental differences), Domestic & Sexual Violence, Disability Rights & the rights of older people, Gynecological Health & Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights, Maternal and Child Health, Issues of the Girl Child (FGM, Child-Adolescent Pregnancy & Child Marriage), and Non-Communicable Diseases.
Organizations that combine psychosocial support and a disability inclusive lens in their work can also apply.
Applicants must live and create an impact in Africa, Asia or the Middle East.
