The Harpswell Leadership Residency 2027 in Cambodia is a unique professional development opportunity for volunteers. The funded program will take place in Harpswell’s leadership centers in Phnom Penh. During the stay, selected leadership residents (LRs) will support and collaborate with the Cambodian Women’s Leadership students and alumnae. They will join the Harpswell sisterhood and alumnae network. Furthermore, residents will get an opportunity to involve in hands-on social impact and develop their professional skills.

The leadership program will run for four to eight months, beginning between May-August or November-February. LRs will teach the core curriculum of Harpswell and English language skills to the students. They will facilitate discussions on current events and support students’ learning and development. During the residency, all LRs will get a chance to travel to the provinces for a homestay with a Harpswell student and their family. The program offers a monthly stipend, full room and board, and travel insurance.
