Call for applications for the Global Art Convention Dubai 2025. The duration of the 2025 GAC Dubai is 3 days, running from October 5–7, 2025. This is a very unique event where art meets diplomacy, culture, and global cooperation. The 3-day event is organized by the Center for Strategy and Cultural Diplomacy (CSCD). The art event will take place at the Kutubna Cultural Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
GAC Dubai will bring together people from all over the world including artists, diplomats, cultural leaders, academics, and young professionals. The event shows how art can help build peace, bring cultures closer, and solve global problems. Participants will learn about storytelling, symbols, visual culture, and new technology in art, like AI and NFTs.
No matter if you are an artist, student, professional, or diplomat, the Global art event is a place to meet, share ideas, and work together. There will be talks, art shows, hands-on workshops, and networking sessions. You can join through different cateogories , so it’s open to many different people with different options.

- Fifteen partially funded spots cover 50% of the summit fee.
- Self Funded: The self-funded fee of $650 USD includes everything you need for the event. You’ll get event merchandise, a participation certificate, and access to all sessions, workshops, and networking activities. It also covers your accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and all summit materials.
- One outstanding participant will be named Ideal Strategist and will receive an endorsement to work with CSCD.
Eligibility Criteria of the Global Art Convention 2025 in Dubai:
- Open to anyone from any field or profession.
- Students, graduates, professionals, or individuals from any background can apply.
- Age limit: 16–45.
- No IELTS or TOEFL required.
- The applicants must be able to attend the full program in Dubai.
