ASEF Training and Youth Summit in Denmark

ASEF is offering an exceptional Training and Youth Summit in Denmark for young delegates. The fully funded youth program will include both online and in-person training sessions, making it a blended learning program. The exciting part is that there is no registration or participation fee for both online and physical programs. The organizers will provide accommodation, and meals during the Youth Summit in Copenhagen. The travel costs including airfare, visa fees, and transportation will be reimbursed. ASEF Training on Science and Technology Diplomacy will begin with a 7 week-long online training from 23rd October to 4th December, 2025. Participants can attend these online sessions while staying in their home countries. During the online training program, participants will attend webinars and interactive workshops conducted by field experts. They will get a chance to interact and discuss with their peers. The sessions will also enhance practical skills of youth and promote cross-regional cooperation.

Selected participants from the online training will be invited to attend in-person Asia- Europe youth summit in Denmark, which will take place from 15-18 December, 2025. During the international Youth Summit in Europe, young leaders will discuss and present their perspectives on Asia-Europe Cooperation in Science Diplomacy. It will provide an opportunity to expand their professional network across Europe and Asia. The international youth training program 2025 will provide an interesting learning experience to young professionals working in the fields of science, technology, and international relations.

Eligibility Criteria for ASEF Training and Youth Summit in Denmark:

Applicants should be early-career professionals.
Applicants can be up to 35 years old.
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Applicants must be proficient in official language of the selected country.
Applicants should be currently working as Research or Science Manager in areas of international science and technology, or Diplomats/Government Officials working in the fields of international cooperation and science and technology diplomacy matters.
Applicants must be working in one of the eligible Asian or European country.
