The AGYLE Young Leaders Program 2026 in Germany is now open for applications. This fully funded leadership program will bring young leaders and entrepreneurs together in Berlin for the AGYLE Live Week from 14 to 18 September 2026. The program is designed for individuals working on sustainable solutions such as renewable energy, climate technology, water management, and green innovation. The best thing about this program that there is no application fee and no IELTS requirement, which makes the opportunity more accessible to qualified applicants.
AGYLE stands for African German Young Leaders in Business. This international leadership program aims to strengthen cooperation between young leaders from Africa and Europe. It creates a space where participants can exchange ideas, discuss global challenges, and develop innovative solutions for sustainable economic growth. Every year, selected participants join the AGYLE Live Week in Berlin where they meet leaders from business, politics, and civil society.
During the program, participants will share their experiences, present their ideas, and learn from experts working in sustainability and technology. The 2026 edition focuses on GreenTech for Impact, encouraging participants to explore climate smart solutions that can support sustainable development and economic progress.
AGYLE is implemented by Germany Land of Ideas and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. Through this initiative, young professionals can expand their leadership skills, connect with international experts, and become part of a long term professional network that supports collaboration between Africa and Europe.

Eligibility Criteria of the AGYLE Young Leaders Program in Berlin, Germany:
- Applicants must be 40 years old or younger.
- You should have at least 3 years of leadership experience in business, politics, or civil society, or you should have started your own business.
- You must be from Austria, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, or Tunisia, or have worked in one of these countries for at least five years.
- You should be able to communicate well in English, as English is the working language of the program.
- Applicants should be interested in sustainability and GreenTech solutions such as renewable energy, climate technology, or sustainable innovation.
- You should be motivated to work with other young leaders and become part of the AGYLE alumni network.
