The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) has organized international academic programs for more than 20 years. Our objective is to provide a rigorous academic experience, foster dialogues that cross borders, and create a global network of responsible future leaders.
AIPE is a unique program that brings together approximately 65 students from across Asia and the United States together to explore fundamental issues related to political economy and government. The combination of educational, cultural, and social exchange will allow participants to explore challenging ideas, form life-long friendships, and will greatly benefit their educational and professional development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- They give preference to current undergraduate students, but we will also consider applications from recent graduates and graduate students.

- A 500-1000 word writing sample (the essay topics vary by program and are available in the online application)
